Common questions
Which devices get the AI features?
Summaries, action items, quizzes, flashcards and Ask your notes need Apple Intelligence: iOS 26 on an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, or a Mac with Apple silicon (M-series). Quolio installs on iOS 17 and later, but on older devices you get recordings and transcripts without the AI features.
How do I import an audio or video file?
Tap the microphone button at the top of the note list, then choose Import audio or video… and pick a file. Quolio transcribes it and writes the notes the same way as a live recording.
How does iCloud sync work?
If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is allowed for Quolio, your notes and recordings sync between your devices through your own private iCloud account. Use the same Apple ID on each device. We can't see your notes.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any note or recording inside the app. With iCloud sync on, a deleted note is removed from your other devices too. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for how to clear Quolio's data from iCloud.
Does Quolio need an account?
No. There is no account and no sign-in.
